Neil C. Krauter

2Mr. Krauter is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Krauter & Company, specializing in private equity and M&A insurance services. After its founding in 2004, Krauter & Company experienced rapid growth and now operates 10 offices nationwide with 80 employees and services over 150 private equity funds.

Prior to Krauter & Company, Mr. Krauter served as Vice Chairman of AON in New York and as the Worldwide Practice Leader of AON’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group for 13 years, with well over 2,000 transactions to his credit.

Prior to joining Aon, Mr. Krauter was at Marsh & McLennan New York for 10 years; where he is accredited with launching Marsh’s first M&A Practice.

Mr. Krauter has served several board positions most recently including; the Investment Committee of Reserve Capital Partners, the Advisory Board of Mountainside Hospital, Private Equity Risk Consulting, Arsenal Capital Partners, Private Equity CFO Association, Dukes Place Holdings, Winchester Advisors, and Breckenridge Insurance.

Mr. Krauter has a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Benjamin D. Geiger

10Mr. Geiger is a General Partner with Freeman Spogli & Co., a leading private equity firm dedicated to investing with management in middle market companies in the consumer and distribution sectors. Freeman Spogli & Co. currently manages investment funds with $2.7 billion in committed capital and has investments in 14 companies with total sales of over $8 billion. Mr. Geiger joined Freeman Spogli & Co. in 1998 and became a partner in 2008. Portfolio companies he has worked with while at Freeman Spogli & Co. include Advance Auto Parts, AFC Enterprises, El Pollo Loco, Galyan’s Trading Company, hhgregg, Medical Arts Press, NEW Asurion, Savers and totes Isotoner. Prior to joining Freeman Spogli & Co., Mr. Geiger worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Mr. Geiger received his bachelor’s degree in economics with distinction from Cornell University.

Ryan Harper

11Mr. Harper is a Principal, having joined WCAS in 2010. Before joining WCAS, he worked at Summit Partners and Diamond Castle Holdings. Earlier, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at UBS.

Mr. Harper graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Paul Kaminski

8Mr. Kaminski is the chief financial officer of Wellspring Capital Management.  Prior to Wellspring, Mr. Kaminski was a Managing Director and the chief financial officer of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Company, during which time he served for eleven years as a founding board member of the Private Equity CFO Association in New York. Prior to BRS, Mr. Kaminski worked in the Transaction Services practice of the Detroit, London and New York offices of Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Kaminski received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Malcolm Kostuchenko

12Mr. Kostuchenko is a co-founder and Managing Partner of EEF. Prior to EEF, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of MTS Health Partners, LP (“MTS”) where he focused on growth equity investments and lower-middle market buyouts. Prior to MTS, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of KPS Kapital, LLC, a boutique merchant bank, and prior to KPS, he worked in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Kostuchenko serves on EEF’s Investment Committee. He serves on the Board of Directors of NextCare Urgent Care, Primary Care Associates, Prospira PainCare, Triton Technologies, VantagePoint Laboratory Partners, VPL, WellBiz Brands, and WhiteGlove Health.

Mr. Kostuchenko received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Jonathan L. Levy

5Mr. Levy has been at Tailwind since 2008 where he currently serves as the Vice President in the firm’s healthcare practice. Prior to joining Tailwind, he was an associate at Lazard Frères, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Levy is a director of VersaPharm, Inc. and Long’s Drugs, Inc.

Mr. Levy received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yale University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Jeremy Lynch

9Mr. Lynch is a Managing Director with Trilantic Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm currently managing four institutional funds with aggregate capital commitments of $6 billion. Mr. Lynch began his career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, Trilantic’s predecessor, in 1999, and his primary focus is on investments in the business and financial services sectors. He is currently a director of Addison Group and was previously a director of MicroStar Logistics. Mr. Lynchholds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Union College and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

David Pegg

Mr. Pegg is a Principal at EEF.  Prior to EEF, Mr. Pegg spent ten years at MVP Capital Partners.  While at MVP, Mr. Pegg focused on lower-middle market buyouts and growth equity investments in healthcare, insurance services, building products and rotorcraft services.  Before joining MVP, Mr. Pegg was an Analyst for J.P. Morgan Chase Private Bank. Mr. Pegg serves on the Board of Directors of MedTest and Prospira PainCare. Mr. Pegg holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University School of Business.

C. Scott Perry

7Mr. Perry is a Principal of Sentinel Capital Partners, which he joined in 2004. Previously, he spent two years as an Analyst in the M&A Group at Wachovia Securities, where he worked on transactions with middle market private equity firms.

Mr. Perry holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce.

Mark Pinho

6Mr. Pinho is a Managing Director in the private equity group of Soros Fund Management LLC. He has covered investments in the business services, consumer, media and natural resources sectors, and currently sits on the board of directors of Gloucester Resources LTD, Aptius Holdings, Counter Concepts, Dinosaur BBQ, Plasco Energy Group, Transphorm Inc., Tintina Resources and VPI Ltd.

Prior to joining Soros in 2006, he spent four years in the middle market growth equity and buyout space with BCI Partners and LiveWire Capital. Mr. Pinho began his career as an investment banker focused on the energy sector with Salomon Smith Barney.

Mr. Pinho graduated from the University of Virginia in 1999 with a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce. He also earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2006.

Robbert Vorhoff

4Robbert Vorhoff is a Managing Director with General Atlantic, where he heads the firm’s global Healthcare investment efforts.  Mr. Vorhoff currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Alignment Healthcare, CareCore National and MedExpress Urgent Care. Previous portfolio responsibilities include Align Networks, Grupo Qualicorp in Brazil, RiskMetrics Group and NYSE Euronext.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Vorhoff was with Greenhill Capital Partners, where he focused on investments in the financial services, energy and education sectors.  He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring advisory group of Greenhill & Co.

Mr. Vorhoff received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. While at UVA, he was awarded the William M. Shermet Scholarship by the McIntire faculty on the basis of academic performance, character and leadership.

Mr. Vorhoff remains actively involved with the University of Virginia as a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board. He is also involved with a number of non-profit organizations in the New York community, including serving on the board of directors of Echoing Green, a provider of fellowship support for social entrepreneurs.

Jay Wilkins

1Jay Wilkins joined Harvest in 2010. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and North Castle Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Jay was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he executed transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

He has a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.

Jay serves on the Boards of Athletico, AxelaCare, Insight Global, Driven Brands, and Packers Holdings.

Thomas J. Zanios

3Mr. Zanios joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2007 as an Associate, was promoted to Vice President in 2009 and Principal in 2012. Mr. Zanios currently serves on the Board of Safway Group Holdings and previously served on the board of One Call Care Management.

Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Zanios was an Associate at H.I.G. Capital, where he executed and monitored middle-market private equity investments. Prior to H.I.G., he was an Analyst at Bank of America in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions.

A native of Iowa, Mr. Zanios graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in Economics.
